Stone Selection
Included is an $8 square foot allowance for the stone from Floor & Decor. In other words, any stone that is listed at $8 a square foot or less is included. You’re also allowed to select a stone that is above $8 sq. ft., but the price difference will be added to the total project price.
Stain Color Options for Mantel
Note: The mantel might appear a bit darker or lighter because of the lighting and nature of the wood.
- Full-motion TV Mount: + $65 (for a 75″ or smaller TV) or $120 (for a 77″ to 86″ TV)
Fireplace Options
- 60 inch Efiretric Grace: Included
- 70 inch Efiretric Grace: + $180 (this is a wider version of the standard 60 inch fireplace that’s included with the unit)
Optional Upgrades
Soundbar Insert + $150
Description
A soundbar insert is a cutout in the unit specifically for your soundbar. The insert is typically 4 to 5 inches below the TV. Most soundbar inserts are 40 to 44 inches wide by 3 inches tall.Â
If you have a mantel, the soundbar insert is made right under the mantel so it’s partially hidden from standing view.Â
Rear Lighting + $350
Description
Color-changing LED lighting behind the unit. In order to achieve this, the unit is installed about 2 inches away from the wall. LED strips are then placed on the backside of the unit.Â

Our turnaround time for this unit is typically 2 to 3 weeks. This means you'll have your unit installed 2 to 3 weeks from the date a contract is signed and deposit is received. However, if the installation area needs additional preparation, like electrical work, this can extend the timeline.
This unit is usually installed in 8 to 12 hours. However, some upgrades will likely add to the installation time.
The framing of our stacked stone units is done at our warehouse and then installed in sections at your home. The Hardie cement board is also precut. The stone, however, is cut and installed at your home.Â
